Stock market rallies amid US elections with Sensex rising over 600 points, Nifty at nearly 200 points up

Amidst the backdrop of the US elections, the Indian stock market experienced a surge, witnessing the BSE Sensex climbing more than 400 points, while the NSE Nifty surpassed the 100-point mark.
The Sensex climbed to 80,093.19 at 10:07 am IST, marking a gain of 616.56 points or 0.78% compared to yesterday’s closing figure. Similarly, the Nifty reached 24,410.15 at that hour, reflecting an increase of 196.85 points or 0.81% from the previous close.
Yesterday, the Sensex concluded at ₹79,476.63, marking a gain of 694.39 points or 0.88%. Simultaneously, the Nifty surged to 24,213.30, reflecting an increase of 217.95 points or 0.91%.
