Adar Poonawalla has emerged victorious over Reliance and Saregama in the competition to secure a significant share in Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. Serene Entertainment, owned by Poonawalla, has officially acquired a 50% stake in Dharma for a whopping ₹1000 crore. Meanwhile, Karan Johar will continue to possess the remaining 50% ownership.
