Is the considerable price of the Tivoli Audio Revive warranted by its all-in-one design featuring a Bluetooth speaker, wireless charger, and lamp, all elegantly combined into one stylish unit?

The Tivoli Audio Revive stands out as a multifunctional marvel, defying categorization by seamlessly combining a Bluetooth speaker, a wireless charger, and a lamp within its sleek design. Part of the esteemed Tivoli Audio Art line, this product is meticulously crafted to enhance spaces with a touch of sophistication, effortlessly harmonizing with wooden interiors, be it on a workspace or a bedside table. However, with a price tag of ₹21,990, consumers rightfully anticipate more than just visual appeal. To ascertain its value proposition, we conducted a thorough evaluation. Delve into our comprehensive analysis detailing the advantages and disadvantages to determine whether this innovation justifies the investment.

Unboxing the Tivoli Audio Revive: A First Look

Upon unboxing the Revive, one will be greeted with a grand presentation in a sizable package. Carefully cushioned with ample protective materials, the speaker is ensured a safe journey during shipping. Alongside the speaker, the package includes a power adapter and a user manual. The power adapter further impresses with its assortment of international plug attachments, catering to a variety of country standards.

Revive design by Tivoli Audio

The Revive offers are impressively crafted, with one minor flaw that I’ll address shortly. Resembling a wooden plank with a wooden cube affixed to its front half and the rear half left vacant, this innovative design serves dual purposes as a Bluetooth speaker and a lamp. The cube features a speaker mesh on one side and a lamp on top, with the ability to pivot approximately 15 degrees on either side to adjust the audio direction to your preference.

The Revive includes a wireless charger featuring a touch capacitive button for lamp control, with speaker control buttons located below the speaker module. The front side displays the Tivoli Audio branding, while the right side is equipped with a USB port for charging additional gadgets. Powering the entire setup is a barrel plug located at the back.

I was particularly impressed by the Tivoli Audio Revive’s design, especially its exquisite wooden construction. Weighing slightly above one kilogram, it remains stable on various surfaces thanks to its rubber feet. The Revive is available in three colors: Black, White, and Grey. While I opted for the black variant, the White hue, in my opinion, exudes a fantastic appeal.

One issue in the design that needs addressing is the positioning of the touch-sensitive key for the lamp control near the wireless charger. Each time I place my phone for charging, I inadvertently activate the lamp. This occurs quite often, prompting me to suggest relocating the touch capacitive key directly onto the lamp. Such a change would simplify the process of turning on the lamp without any ambiguity.

Introducing the Tivoli Audio Revive: A Wireless Charging Solution

The initial and pivotal component of the Revive device lies in its wireless charging feature. It functions as a Qi standard-compliant charger, enabling compatibility with a wide range of smartphones for wireless charging. Regrettably, its charging capacity is limited to 5W, signifying a prolonged duration required to fully charge your phone. In my experimentation, a smartphone equipped with a 4000 mAh battery necessitated approximately 3 to 4 hours to reach a complete charge.

I was quite bothered by a particular aspect of this wireless charger: the wireless charging area is supposed to have a marker indicating the precise placement for charging wirelessly. Unfortunately, on the Black model that I purchased, this marker is not clearly visible. Two features I had been hoping for on the Revive charger were a standing option for wireless charging and a USB port on the side that supports fast charging of 18W or higher.

Revive your listening experience with the Tivoli Audio Revive Bluetooth speaker.

The cube-shaped Bluetooth speaker featured on Revive is linked to a cylinder equipped with four control buttons for managing the speaker. You can modify the audio direction by tilting the speaker up to 15 degrees on either side, though a greater rotational capability would have been more beneficial. The speaker is adorned with a high-quality fabric mesh that enhances its visual appeal and luxurious tactile experience.

The speaker lacks high power output for blasting volumes, yet it delivers good sound quality suitable for enjoying various music genres. Additionally, the Tivoli Audio Revive is equipped with a 3.5mm port, allowing effortless music playback through an auxiliary cable. In conclusion, this Bluetooth speaker offers decent sound quality for morning music sessions.
